Thank you for subscribing service at FairWurx. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, we are here to help.

Refunds

At FairWurx, we strive to provide excellent service to all our users. Please carefully review our refund policy before subscribing or committing to any services:

1. Non-Refundable Subscriptions: All transactions, including but not limited to subscription fees and service fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded. But you can avoid payments from next month onwards. Please note that your profile will not be visible to public once the subscription payment for particular skill's due date is passed

2. Exceptions:

Service failure: If the payment is deducted from your bank account and skills were not subscribed as expected, we will assess the situation and update subscription for skills you paid for.

3. Cancellation: If you need to cancel a subscription, you can ignore payments for the skill sets. Once the due date is passed, it will avoid being exposed to public users

However, even thought all the job memories added by users are verified by the admin team, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information provided by users. Please be aware of that before making a call to another user to provide a job or to get any information

b. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotions or discounts are valid for a limited time and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Payments

a. By subscribing to a skill set on our application, you are making an offer to subscribe the skill and promote your work.

b. We reserve the right to reject any job you have added to your profile for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing or information added, or suspected fraudulent activity.

c. We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle your payment information securely. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Refunds
